On February 23rd, Haodi, deputy director of the Office of International Affairs of the ShiJingshan District people’s government,along with his delegation visited our university to conduct a survey on foreign-related management and service satisfaction level.Over 10 Foreign teachers from the United States and the United Kingdom, as well as overseas students from Russia, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, Zimbabwe and other countries participated in the discussion, accompanied by relevant heads and staffs from the Office of International Affairs of NCUT.

The survey focused on the government service facilitation , international language environment, medical service, children’s education, transportation and living environment in Shijingshan District. Foreign teachers of our university speak highly of the social governance level, living environment and degree of convenience of life in Shijingshan District. They have given their opinions and suggestions on improving the language facilitation level in the public service sector, instant multilingual information release channel, social insurance service and children’s education etc., providing valuable suggestions for ShiJingshan District government to improve the foreign-related management and service level.

NCUT has always kept close cooperation with the Shijingshan District government,giving full play to our role in the “ two zones” (Beijing Pilot Free Trade Zone and the national comprehensive demonstration zone for expanding opening-up in the service sector) construction in Shijingshan District. In recent years we have actively engaged in organizing foreign teachers and students to provide services for the events such as China Beijing International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) and a series of themed activities of Shijingshan Round Table on International Exchange ,helping to strengthen  the functional role of Shingjingshan District as the International Exchange Center.
