The final of the Beijing regional round of the 16th “Zhengda Cup” National College Student Market Survey and Analysis Competition, undergraduate division, recently concluded. After two rounds of competition, three teams from the university were recommended for national third prizes. In addition, three teams won first prizes, four won second prizes, and two won third prizes at the Beijing level.
Organized by the China Association of Market Information and Research, the competition aims to encourage innovation and practice among college students, enhance their professional skills in project planning, survey implementation, data processing and analysis, and foster their sense of social responsibility, service awareness, market insight, and teamwork. The competition consists of university-level, provincial-level, and national-level rounds. This year’s Beijing regional round attracted 486 teams from 44 universities in Beijing, including Renmin University of China, Beijing Normal University, Central University of Finance and Economics, and the University of International Business and Economics.
After months of preparation, 12 teams from the university worked closely with their faculty advisors on topic selection, research design, questionnaire surveys, data processing and analysis, and presentation preparation. Their hard work and teamwork were highly recognized by the judges.
